Whole Foods said today it will open a grocery store in downtown Minneapolis, near the corner of Hennepin and Washington avenues.

Minneapolis may reopen ice rinks

Colder temperatures could bring Minneapolis' outdoor ice rinks back to life. The city's Park Board closed all 42 outdoor rinks last week because of thin ice and unsafe conditions which was caused by above average temperatures.

MillerCoors buying Minneapolis hard cider company

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – MillerCoors is acquiring a bigger stake in the hard cider business. The brewing company is buying Crispin Cider Co. of Minneapolis, the country's third-largest cider producer.
