Past sex abuse allegations to be allowed in trial of former chief of Minneapolis Park Police

When former Minneapolis Park Police Chief William Jacobs is tried on molestation charges in March, prosecutors will be able to tell the jury about three of the alleged 17 previous incidents of abuse they claim happened, a judge has ruled.
