MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq:MOCO) announced today that on December 17, 2009, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share, payable on February 19, 2010, to shareholders of record on February 5, 2010. The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 86th consecutive quarter.
